Heaven’s Perspective vs the World’s

In Luke 19, Yeshua told a parable to those who thought the Kingdom would appear at once. It is referred to as the parable of the “Ten Minas.” I will not recount the parable, but it illustrates the difference between God’s perspective and that of man. God is interested in those who serve Him well and rewards them accordingly. This is lost on worldly thinking men, as evidenced by their goals of diversity and inclusion. University’s and certain corporations are focused on diversity, which is promoting racial, gender, and other groups or classes of people as though a mixture of races and genders guarantees success. What brings success to Universities and Corporations are qualified meritorious people who will generate a high return through their education and labors. Instead, variety is sought, which produces nothing, but favor from politicians and promoters of identity politics. This is discrimination, making choices based on race, gender, etc. What we can see is that those who benefit from such discrimination are not grateful, nor satisfied by identity quotas. Barack Obama was given a Harvard education and elected President, but still hated the American ideals and founding and set in motion a process of the self destruction for America. That is the product of diversity and identity politics.

God’s judgment is based on merit, His rule and authority. Those who do what is right in God’s eyes are rewarded. Those who ignore His commands and disagree with His rule are enemies that can only expect what they reap. All the lost down through history have been given many of the same blessings along with believers. God is not mean, miserly or cruel as the world accuses. In every case of the lost, the gifts, talents and blessings they were given have been unused, hidden, and neglected. They have their own standards, although they know God’s demands. By choosing their own way, rather than God’s they lose what they were given and it is given to others who will use it for God’s glory. This is only just, but it is not fair as men prefer. Diversity is a political term of fairness, treating everyone alike even though some have earned a reward and others have not. Affirmative action was set up as a rule to favor and catch up those who had been discriminated, but it lasted seventy years. People of integrity and discipline have plenty of opportunities, but worldly thinkers have rejected God, His just and right ways, and they perpetuate rules and systems which bring disastrous results. Be sure of this, God’s will cannot be set aside without horrible consequences and He will prevail in the end.
