“Can a corrupt throne be allied with you— a throne that brings on misery by its decrees? The wicked band together against the righteous and condemn the innocent to death. But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge.” (Psalms 94:20-22)
Resurrection Sunday is soon, will the churches be filled? All the acts, words, and life of Yeshua Messiah were established by His resurrection from the dead. As He arose all heaven, earth and hell were changed. On earth the presence of God would no longer be in the Messiah alone, but the Holy Spirit would dwell in every Believer. In Heaven, Yeshua, God’s one and only son is seated on the Throne, waiting for His enemies to be made His foot stool. (Ps. 110:1; Luke 20:43) A great light entered hell as Yeshua preached to the dead before Noah’s time. “For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to human standards in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit.” (1 Peter 3:19; 4:6)
So great was this pinnacle event in history that Human time was separated by His resurrection. He was seen by over five hundred people, beside the detailed accounts with his disciples, even coming back to appear to Thomas. God is Sovereign over all and His plan was to make mankind in His own image, male and female. (Genesis 1:27) In Yeshua Messiah is the supremacy, “with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.” (Revelation 5:9-10)
Yeshua was clear about Heaven, “My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” (John 14:2-3)
The good news is affirmed in Yeshua’s resurrection. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” (John 3:16-18)
