When power is the goal those who seek it must discard justice. The Communists proved this slaughtering millions of their citizens. In America it has thus far taken a hidden circuitous route. It started with affirmative action which was not a law, but a bureaucratic policy saying that if there is a tie between the top meritorious candidates, a minority should be selected. This was enforced by making a prime managerial objective the promotion of EEO policies throughout all executive agencies.
I was an EEO counselor and investigator working with an EEO Officer, who said to me and a Director within an Agency, “We are not getting enough complaints, discrimination against Blacks must be going unreported.” During that time more complaints were being filed by whites who were being discriminated by agency managers seeking to boost their ratings by selecting minorities over more qualified non-minorities. This was mimicked in university admissions were Asian’s were rejected to satisfy Black quotas. The Supreme Court recently removed Affirmative Action recognizing it as racial discrimination.
Nevertheless, identity politics has risen as a discriminatory tool giving preferential treatment to “so called” minorities. It’s promoters demand they are entitled to preferences which is discriminatory. LBGTQ replaced Blacks as the prime identity and Comedian Dave Chappell ridiculed the rationale until he was forced to get in line. Critical Race Theory asserted that all Whites are inherently racists in support of Identity politics. Anyone can see this is a fraudulent lie, discrimination and obvious racism. Still, the Democrat/Media supports the lie and biased judges cling to racial preferences over merit and justice.
Identity politics activists claim distinction and preference, but they object when they are judged justly under law which requires uniform application to everyone. It has reached ludicrous levels as blacks are portrayed as Dukes and Lord’s in Victorian British films, because Hollywood has required identity politics in every production. Perhaps the greatest illustration of hypocrisy is their refutation of MLK and his protest for justice that “…his children would be judged not by the color of their skin, but the content of their character.”
Truth and justice cannot be rejected without consequence and that result is a steady creep toward tyranny with the loss of freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Already free speech is under attack and the attacks against freedom of religion have reached new levels. President, Joe Biden, and agencies in his administration were found guilty of censoring free speech, contrary to the Constitution he swore to protect. The decision was upheld in the Appeals Court and is headed to the Supreme Court. Unless the rule of Law and Justice is restored in America, it’s days may be numbered.
