Zuckerberg is testifying publicly again to the acts of imbedded FBI agents censoring speech. These agents must be deposed to identify the chain of command for their illegal actions and everyone must be held to account. The Administration of Joe Biden has committed many egregious offenses and crimes without authority under American law and in fact. The senility of Biden was unjustly used by staffers and others to effect gross government corruption, but it does not excuse Biden. As to mishandling classified documents A.G. Hur evidenced these crimes, but concluded Biden was too senile to stand trial. However, this crime is minor in comparison with others, such as censorship, corruption, law-fare, fraud and conspiracy. Biden committed the very act for which Donald Trump was falsely impeached; using public funds for the benefit of his son, Hunter. In his own words Biden described the Quid Pro Quo to fire a Ukrainian prosecutor.
For all these criminal acts, the Democrat media has tried to hide the truth, but enough has surfaced to support each corrupt criminal act. Unless, these crimes are adjudicated there will be irreparable damage done to the office of President and Bill of Rights. The Covid pandemic was offered as an excuse to set aside free speech, freedom of religion, association, freedom of commerce, and support various illegal government mandates. Though some of these were set aside by Courts, there remains a shadow over the individual rights and abuse of power that happened publicly. Numerous illegal edicts were issued with unauthorized executive orders that violated existing laws and exceeded limits of executive branch authority. The Open Border invasion is a prime example of Biden’s breach of his oath of office and violation of law. The reality of a corrupt Democrat Senate, thwarted a trial as required by the Constitution for impeached HHS Secretary Mayorkas. The same reason thwarted impeachment of Joe Biden for corruption, abuse of Power, and High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Nevertheless, ignoring these crimes at the end of his failed administration leaves a gapping ongoing wound in the rule of law in America.
The fraudulent and illegal unconstitutional imprisonment of January 6 protestors, treated as an insurrection, is unconscionable damage to our Constitutional Republic, for which no presidential pardon can repair. The Democrat intentional excessive government spending was an effort to destroy the American economy through record setting inflation, though it is the responsibility of a Democrat Congress, the subsequent fraud and waste of funds borrowed is not political, but criminal acts of the Biden Administration. What was the source of funds to pay for countless flights of foreign nationals into the US? How much funds were paid illegally to transport and house illegal immigrants. Where is the law passed by Congress to fund an illegal invasion of our Borders?
There are many other crimes of the Biden Administration, if these are ignored and the actual perpetrators and co-conspirators are not held to account there will be devastation to the rule of law and standards of justice. Hillary Clinton was not held to account for her fraudulent Steal Dozier against Trump, we cannot set her followers free as well. Moreover, Media propaganda will continue unabated unless the truth is set forth and criminals are held to account.
