Yeshua’s Return

“Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water.” (2 Peter 3:3-5)  

Even rocks are composed with water. Sedimentary rock can have as much as 30%, igneous rock .5% and slate can contain as much as 20%. The human body is between 55% to 78% water depending on age and other factors. 71% of the earth is water, 332 million cubic miles of water, which is almost 46,000 gallons per person, today. Our blue planet under a blue sky is watery and unique in the universe. Scripture tells us it was formed out of and by water. 

Then, in these last days scoffers, mocking in derisive ridicule, have come attacking things they know nothing about. They come in violence, perverting and preventing justice, guilty people whose own strength is their god. (Hab. 1:5,11) Our origins testify to the truth of God’s word and the certainty of His promises. Yeshua answered the disciple’s question about His return and the end, mentioning wars, famines and earthquakes which will be like birth pains that increase in frequency and intensity. The 20th Century had the most wars of any time in history. Earthquakes are increasing in frequency, though scoffers assert it is due to better scientific measurement and climate change. Persecution of Christians world-wide is at an all time high with 191 of the 193 UN member nations evidencing Christian persecution. Wickedness is increasing with record high abortion, crime, sexual perversion and godlessness spreading around the world. 

“Immediately after the distress of those days “ ‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’ “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:29-30)

Yeshua, will return and though we do not know the exact day He said, “Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door.” (Matthew 24:33)
