Holy Spirit Anointing

“But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth…As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him.” (1 John 2:20,27)

If you have a relationship with Yeshua, Messiah and cultivate, nourish, and press-in to know Him, then He will manifest His presence in and through the Holy Spirit. Your temporal physical senses are useless, but you have a “knower” inside. He may reveal Himself at very unpredictable times such as hardship, persecution, deep sorrow, desperation, joy, humility, prayer, meditation, hearing the Word, creation’s beauty, prophetic encouragement, worship and praise. Your name will be written the Book of Life and you came from God when He fashioned you before you were born. You belong to God, purchased and redeemed for His purposes.

Yes, the Spirit is invisible as He is God and one with Yeshua, so our communion with Him is in the Spirit. Your inner being is being conformed into the image of Yeshua. God’s word is being written on your heart, recalled to mind by the Spirit. His gifts work as the Spirit is given priority, authority, surrender, trust submission and by faith. Love is working in, over and through you. God is orchestrating, sustaining, and caring for the entire world, eight billion people, enumerable animals and the entire universe. He is also doing the same for each of His children, writing a life story within His family and community according to his mercy and lovingkindness to be fully revealed in Heaven. 

What is irrelevant and destined for eternal forgetfulness is this fallen world, our selfish fallen human nature, fears, worries, doubts, sin and finally death.  “…our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved.” (Romans 8:18-24)
