Our Constitution defines separate roles of three branches of Federal Government and limits its powers to the States. Most importantly it recognizes God’s supreme authority. For too many years we the people have been distracted by two political parties that have gotten out of control and are now subjecting us to Tyranny. The fix is to reign in the Federal Government. The sitting Supreme Court has recognized this and taken some appropriate action in abolishing Roe v Wade and limiting the EPA’s unrestrained rule making power in Sackett v EPA. These two cases light a pathway for liberty and an end to the thralldom currently oppressing the People.
The parties cannot be trusted, nor a single president. Congress is not supposed to be populated with career hack politicians getting rich while in office. Imagine a senator proposing a thousand page bill and saying, “You have to pass it to find out what’s in it.” By simply removing the profit making capability of politicians while in office we can scatter these greedy lechers of power. The EPA must be dismantled so that presidents no longer control the price of gas and other commodities. Who in their right mind imagined one all powerful federal agency to regulate whether a swamp can be drained on a persons private property? It’s unconstitutional, along with the Department of Education, the FISA Courts, the Department of Agriculture, Social Security Administration and too many agencies to list, irrespective of whether they serve or oppress the public. The Federal Government has assumed too much control over everything that belongs to the people to decide for themselves, particularly social issues, and where there are disputes the laws and Courts can decide. If Congress cannot word a law to govern the affairs of men at large; their power does not extend to create an agency to do what they cannot.
When the high cost and burden of unjust Federal Government is removed liberty and prosperity will crack like a new dawn upon this nation. Many essential services of legitimate government can be rendered by the States and be subject to the people. At least one other change is necessary to restore power to the people – restraining the oligarchy, monopoly and multinational Corporations that are not answerable to the People, but protected by the Government. Every business must have responsible business leaders who can be held to account for the actions of their business. A prime example is the oligarchs of High Tech Media, who hide behind Federal regulations or Corporate organizations to shield their illegal actions of censoring speech, hiding government corruption, unjustly participating in partisan politics and committing crimes against the American people.
Finally, when records of every persons ethnicity, gender, national origin, color, age and religion are expunged from Government, we can begin to unite once again as Americans. We will all be subject to the same law and God ordained distinctions will no longer be a basis for discrimination or seeking preferential treatment among classes. This is not suggesting a reform of Government, but adhering to that which was originally designed, under God.
