“See, the storm of the Lord will burst out in wrath, a driving wind swirling down on the heads of the wicked. The fierce anger of the Lord will not turn back until he fully accomplishes the purposes of his heart. In days to come you will understand this.” (Jeremiah 30:23-24)
God possesses supreme authority and ultimate power. No person or nation could be saved, but for His intervention and loving actions. Humanists and atheists rail against the Bible, it’s message, details, facts and truth. They tout, “Where is their God?” (Ps. 115:2) It is God who sweeps away wicked nations and people, but He also judges His people who turn away from Him. “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: When any of the Israelites set up idols in their hearts and put a wicked stumbling block before their faces and then go to a prophet, I the Lord will answer them myself in keeping with their great idolatry. I will do this to recapture the hearts of the people of Israel, who have all deserted me for their idols.’” (Ezekiel 14:4-5)
The Church in America has become deaf to the Holy Spirit and set up idols which are the plans and programs of men crafted and shaped with money by worldly reason. The Congregation of Believers remains hungry and thirsty for Holy Spirit power and faith. Masses of nominal, weak, immature Believers are warehoused as audiences in theaters portrayed as the “Church”. Professional speakers parse scriptures to craft an idol of theological pride producing subtle division and hierarchy’s among the Body of Messiah. The American church has thrived upon revival, which is God’s act of mercy drawing the hearts of His people near to His. Since our founding upon principles of Judeo-Christian faith, revivals have purified and restored the Congregation of Believers to active faith, Holy Spirit leadership and pure devotion to Yeshua.
Is the war in Israel a precursor of God’s purifying work, crushing His enemies and purifying His Children? Was it happenstance that the evil Hamas outbreak started amidst a godless dance festival? He is not slow, but patient, His timing is perfect. “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” (Luke 18:27) I am not satisfied with what men have done or can do. I love the congregation of Believers and yearn for fellowship only the Spirit can enliven. I’m nobody, but a weak intercessor in need of revival also. I believe in the power of God by His Spirit in you. (2 Cor. 4:7)
