Any Believer can serve God and his fellow man through prayer ministry. This ministry is fully in the service of God and provided for in scripture. Moreover, the anointing of the Holy Spirit is provided to those with faith. All things pertaining to God require faith. There is no requirement that others participate together, but they may. There is no need to coordinate or secure permissions from church leadership, but one may. Finally, and most importantly a prayer ministry is empowered with God’s numerous promises, charges, and encouragements.

Ask anything in my name I will do it…(John 14:14)

Where two agree upon anything it will be done…(Matt. 18:19)

Whatever you ask for in prayer…(Matt. 21:22)

Go into your closet and pray in secret…God in secret will hear…(Matt. 6:4,6)

Ask, seek, knock and it will be given…(Matt. 7:7)

We don’t know how to pray, but the Spirit interceeds with groans…

Why could we not cast out the spirit, some come out only by prayer…(Rom. 8:26)

The prayer of the righteous avails much…

Pray for your enemies and those who persecute you and rich will be your reward in heaven…(Matt. 5:44)

The father himself hears you. (John 16:23)

This is the confidence we have, if we ask anything, he hears us…(1 John 5:14)

Elijah was a man just like us and he prayed and it did not rain for three years…(James 5:17)

This is your charge from Yeshua, (Jesus’ Hebrew name), our Messiah and Lord. No weapon formed against you will prosper. You will tear down strongholds and everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. You are fully equipped with the filling and leading of the Holy Spirit as you rely upon Him, rather than yourself, your own good ideas, any talent, skill or reasoning ability in the natural. The word of God is powerful dividing between soul and spirit. Relying and trusting in God’s word and you will be a workman who correctly handles the word of God.

Begin entering into His gates with praise and His courts with worship. Listen and welcome the presence of the Spirit. Then, pour out your heart to Him. Join in the ongoing ministry of Yeshua, “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19) Nothing is impossible with God. Let faith rise up and proclaim His Sovereignty, that His will is done on earth as it is is heaven. He says,  “Is anything too hard for me?” Faith will open possibilities and evidence that what is yet unseen. The Spirit will bring people and situations to mind and He will confirm His message through the word. Your Prayer Ministry is now active and you are joining multitudes of intercessors around the globe joining Yeshua in His ministry, destroying the works of satan and releasing God’s help in time of need.
