Prayer Debriefing 10

Sovereign Lord God Almighty have mercy on your Congregation in these days of turmoil. You are a rock of refuge and our strength and defender, though we are tempted to fear and step out in our own weakness. Nothing is too hard for you and your promises are certain. We praise you though the world is raging, though our foes press hard all around, because your love is better than life and your presence is our joy.

Lord Yeshua, forgive us our sins. We confess that you are faithful and merciful. “If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:13) Give us more anointing of your Holy Spirit and courage to follow Him, even as He leads us into the wilderness as He led Yeshua. (Luke 4:1) Help us repent from trying to make this world our home, when we will only find peace in your presence. Reveal the worldly things we have accepted into our lives that are bondage and distraction from full devotion to You, Lord. Show us where we have believed a lie, that you would not or could not help, heal, deliver, or provide what we need. Forgive us when we jump ahead instead of waiting on you and following you. “…he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.” (Psalms 103:10) Thank you Lord, for your mercy.

Lord, you prove your faithfulness over and over, everyday your mercies are new. You are preparing a Bride for your Son, spotless and pure, ready for the Marriage supper of the lamb. Your temple on earth, the hearts of Believers is being made ready by your Spirit. Reveal yourself as Almighty God in creation and among your saints, of whom it will be said, “They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.” (Revelation 12:11) Lord we love you, there is no one like you. Have your way in us and bring glory and honor to your name. The name above all names Yeshua.
