“A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman’s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy 22:5

“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis” 1:27

“And He answered and said to them, ‘Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning “made them male and female,” and said, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh?” ‘ “

Transgenderism is a sin. Is is an abomination to the Lord for a women or man to dress and act like the opposite sex. The word “abomination” in the original is the same word used in Leviticus 18:22 and Leviticus 20:13 to describe God’s view of homosexuality, which is a closely related sin. The Word of God makes clear that God created us either a man or women and that is shown by how our body is created, with a man’s anatomy distinctly different from a women’s anatomy.

Even beyond the Scripture warnings it defies common sense to think that simply by thinking/feeling you are the opposite sex that it magically changes your biological sex. If that were true one could just as easily imagine he were an animal or even a desk and, according to the transgender logic, if one felt it strongly enough it would be true. The fact that so many accept the transgender movement reveals that God has given many over to a debased mind as described in Romans 1:28 or they are too scared to declare otherwise.

The culture and even many churches, in the name of love, are increasingly accepting people practicing the transgender lifestyle. Drag queens are now dancing in front of our children and reading stories to them, a true abomination. But it is not love to refuse to warn a person of a sin that needs repentance of as it does not conform to the Word of God. Love would dictate that we warn transgender people of a sin that will send them to Hell just as surely as any other sin – if not repented of and the penalty paid for it by Christ’s blood on the cross.
