The DEI Scam

These letters stand for a philosophy that was imposed upon American society by Obama/Biden administrations without a vote, legislative debate or judicial ruling. It was promoted by a biased socialist media. Businesses were compelled, coerced or bribed to accept and employ it. 

It stands for, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. However, the way this ideology functions is quite different from the meaning of these words. “Diversity” is code language for Discrimination on the basis of race. In this context it is an extension of “Affirmative Action” a federal government hiring policy, not law, but used to give minorities and women advantages in hiring decisions. Most recently, the Supreme Court struck it down as illegal discrimination on the basis of race and gender. “Equity” is a subjective term similar to the marxists ideas of different people having different needs and government allocation of resources accordingly. It is used to promote identity politics which is a core ideology of the Democratic Party. It seeks to give “so called” victim minorities preferences and favorable treatment in hiring and government benefits by  Discriminatory mandates. “Inclusion” is a false premise that racial minorities and women have been systematically abused by white people under a false idea of “Critical Race Theory” which assumes all white people are inherently racist. All these terms are designed to apply discriminatory preferences based on race, gender, and/or sexual orientation. 

The law prohibits such  discrimination and requires merit to be the basis of hiring decisions. Under the law justice is the right of all without favoritism, preference or discrimination. Dr. Martin Luther King, the champion of civil rights laws, set the standard for everyone as “the content of one’s character,” rather than race, gender, religion, color, national origin, age or disability. These principles were codified, but the designation of “sexual orientation” was not included, however, the Biden Administration tried to add it  without authority to do so. DEI is part of  “Woke” ideology which is patently unjust, discriminatory and racist. 

The deceptive nature of the terms used and actual application of woke policies was best illustrated by the Black Lives Matter organization which was communistic, discriminatory and found in Court to have been fraudulent with the donations it received from the public. This ideology was used to divide and weaken society, morally and politically. No where in the Constitution is government authorized to promote social ideology, and the Obama/Biden administrations were among the most corrupt violators, even denying citizens their first Amendment rights. The DEI scam must be obliterated from society and never reappear as it is illegal, racist, evil and destructive to society.
